We, of ‘Fully in Tune,’ are delighted to see you are going to use one of our services.
We recommend that you first carefully read these Terms and Conditions. Obtaining one of our services or courses implies you understand and agree to our Terms and Conditions, whether appointed to you individually or not.
‘Fully in Tune’ is a member of CAT (Collective Alternative Therapists) in the Netherlands. (As from 1 January 2017 an alternative healer is obliged to the new Dutch law WKKGZ ( Law Quality, Complaints and Disputes Care) to fulfill. This implies that ‘Fully in Tune’ is connected to a recognized institution for disputes and has the business liability insurance.)

‘Fully in Tune’ wants you to be aware that taken part in our courses can have a notable impact on your daily life. We fully agree with the content of the courses and products. Therefore we offer additional sessions in private for those who feel the need for this.
Life changing courses demand specific commitment, and this is the main reason why we want all our products and services to be paid upfront. Prior to taking a course and private sessions the full fee needs to be paid, whether you pay it at once, in three monthly payments or the package deal.
To enable you to pay the selected service or product up front, you can use for the Dutch market IZettle and PayPal, and for the international market PayPal.
We offer a full money back guarantee without return reason. Just send us an email ultimately within 24 hours after the end of class 3 of Course I. This applies up to and including the third (3rd) lesson of Course I.

Parties are required to disclose any confidential information they obtained during a course of their agreement from each other or other sources. Information is confidential if it is notified by the other party or if it results from the nature of the information. If during the execution of the agreement it is necessary by proper execution to modify or supplement the agreement, the parties will be timely and in consultation adapt the agreement with these modifications;

In case ‘Fully in Tune’ for its own reason decides to reimburse a claim for non-payment of one or more not to collect unpaid invoices by the courts, the Principal is next to the principal’s costs and interest, also including all legal and other expenses reasonably incurred. This will always include the costs of collection agencies and the costs and fees of bailiffs and lawyers, even if they exceed the costs allocated in court. Reimbursement of judicial and extrajudicial costs amount to at least 15% of the principal amount owed

‘Fully in Tune’ accepts no liability, however, for damage caused by or in connection with services supplied by it.

We, of ‘Fully in Tune’, love diligent customers and students. Clients must then also ascertain in advance that the necessary and indicated effort is taken seriously. Not only should the Client be sincere in their actions do their best to work with the released information but they must also do their utmost to learn to understand, process and apply this.
