I was having trouble with unclear situations in my life. Before I started Course I Becoming Myself, when I entered an unknown situation I was spinning my head around, figuring out what to do. Instead of asking questions and sharing my thought and uncertainties with other people. I kept running in circles in my inner thoughts. The people I care about and work with would not have a clue what was going on with me, because I did not share my feelings and doubts. I noticed that during the course I was more outspoken sharing my feelings and thoughts. I am now more in the present and by expressing myself the ideas of others helped me get my picture clearer. I am now pro-active even in uncertain and new situations. I feel having more control over my own life and feel more determined and walking my own path. In the end, it makes my behavior more efficient and I am more satisfied, feeling good about myself. As a side effect, I am sleeping better because I have a clearer vision of what steps to take. I am more focused now.
